Protecting San Joaquin County Businesses

The FastSTAART (Stockton Takes Action Against Retail Theft) initiative is a county-wide program dedicated to safeguarding the economic interests of San Joaquin businesses. Born out of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the District Attorney's Office and the Greater Stockton Chamber of Commerce, this initiative was designed to assist local businesses in combating retail theft and mitigating related economic losses.

The FastSTAART program was spearheaded by the Greater Stockton Chamber of Commerce in collaboration with the County, the District Attorney's Office, local law enforcement agencies, and other key stakeholders. Together, we are sending a clear message: "The community is watching." By uniting our efforts, we aim to create a safer, more secure environment for businesses across San Joaquin County.
